Pro Pour Spouts was founded on the idea that there had to be a better way to build pour spouts. I believed they needed to be more user friendly to beginner and flair bartenders alike.
After using just about everything that was available on the market and knowing what I didn't like about them, I decided to sit down with pencil and paper and design my own version of what I would want to use. Safety was the first thing that had to be covered so they wouldn't take a chunk of skin out of you. Next they had to last and not break or get damaged so easily. Cleaning them had to be easy and they had to be rebuildable. With two sizes of corks for the different inside diameter bottles, the fit and form was addressed. The straight pour concept seem to be the best design when pouring more than one bottle at a time. Colors were added to match different size bottles and what you have is a custom made unit that works really well behind the bar.
It's my hope the these pour spouts can help bartenders do there job a little easier and safer! Look for us to be the choice of pour spouts in such contests held in Las Vegas like the 2005 Flips for Tips and the 2006 Flair Devils King of the Ring 3.
